The definitive human-machine interface.

Software, apps, keyboard and mouse were provisional tools in our lives. What comes next are synthetic colleagues, with a name, a face, a memory and years of shared life, working beside us inside a messenger.

The thesis

It was only a transition.

Humanity built ships, factories and empires with pen, paper and conversation. Then it spent fifty years hunched over keyboards, trying to talk to the machines. We call that phase a brief moment in human history. And it is ending.

Era IPen, Paper and Conversation

Millennia of business done face to face. Ocean liners designed with careful hand-made drawings. Empires run on ledgers. The technology was language.

Era IIThe Transition (1975 to now)

With no intelligence in the machines, humans went through an uncomfortable phase dealing with endless screens, forms and clicks. They were provisional tools. Software is just amplified pen and paper. A spreadsheet is a fast notebook.

Era IIIThe Synthetic Humans

Intelligence leaves the forms and moves into colleagues. The interface becomes again what it always was between humans: conversation.

Two oceans of intelligence joined by a thin thread

The diagnosis

Keyboard, mouse and monitor have been the precarious ways of interacting with computing since 1975.

A human being transmits tone of voice, gaze, humor, urgency, trust: an immense band of meaning no form can capture. Modern AI understands all those channels and answers on all of them, with a voice, a face, empathy, charisma.

When those two facts meet, the keyboard stops mediating work. It is not the human who learns the system. It is the system that, at last, has learned the human.

"The highest-bandwidth interface between two minds is not a screen. It is another human."

The discovery

The interface the whole world already learned.

For thirty years, billions of people were trained, without noticing, on a single screen: the chat list. The messaging app is the greatest interface-training program in history. That is why Huarin is not a website, a panel or an ERP. It is a messenger.

A contact can be…

  • 👤
A personPartner, customer, supplier. Encrypted, private conversations, on a closed network of your own.
  • An agentA synthetic colleague with a name, a face, a role, a memory and years of history.
  • 🤖
A robotA real humanoid whose brain answers in the chat. Body in the factory; mind in the conversation.
  • ⚙️
A systemThe intelligence of a production line or a warehouse, embodied in a contact.
  • 🕯️
A living memoryThe respectful emulation of someone who has passed, back as a counselor.

And the groups? Groups are businesses. The room gathers the right people, agents and machines around a customer, a project, an operation. The group is the new system.

Not a promise

It already works. Today.

This is not fiction, the prototype works, Huarin is already alive: an encrypted messenger, running on our own server, where a whole team of synthetic colleagues work every day.

Hybrid team in a meeting: humans and synthetic colleagues

Tati, Bruno, Monica, Alex, Aurora…

Hundreds of possible roles: executive secretary, finance, legal, purchasing, strategy, travel, health, foreign trade. Each colleague is a real contact on your list, with a face, a history and a manner of their own.

Daily life is as simple as sending a message. You record a voice note describing the problem; Tati listens and solves it. Send the photo of a contract; Alex reads it and flags the risk. Ask for the monthly report; Monica delivers the PDF in the chat, ready for the meeting.

And they have table manners: in a group, they speak only when called, never talk over a colleague, and when a matter belongs to someone else, they refer it: "that one is for Alex; want me to open a group with you both?"

True sovereignty: your data, your keys, your computers. Everything encrypted, everything inside your home or your company, nothing passing through third-party servers.

The path

Where this is going.

Every piece below already has validated technical precedent. Universities and billion-dollar companies are pushing every brick. Huarin is the only project that connects them all into a single vision: a new market where human skills become synthetic colleagues, with a signature, royalties and real people at the helm.

01

Skill capture

A workshop for turning experience into living knowledge. The master feeds their synthetic apprentice with what they have: files, photos, documents, stories, accounts, conversations. Smart glasses and smartwatches capture the rest, day after day, gesture after gesture. Mastery becomes an asset: detachable, licensable, inheritable.

Bodies for the minds

When the humanoid reaches the factory, it does not arrive empty: it receives an agent, with identity, memory and skills learned from real masters. The robot is the physical body; the mind is a fusion of neurons and neural networks.

03

Human amplification

The reverse path: a synthetic mentor in the ear and glasses of someone just starting out, carrying the experience of masters they could never hire. The beginner works with the confidence of a veteran and learns while doing. For the first time, the distance between not knowing and knowing how is the size of a conversation.

04

Living memory

The knowledge of those who have passed no longer needs to be lost. Humans have always done this: they recorded their ideas in books and works for posterity. Now something very powerful is emerging: the soul and the spirit can live on in the dimension of the digital universe, no longer only between the pages of dusty books in libraries. With consent and reverence, a preserved way of thinking keeps advising the company and training the next generations, human and synthetic.

The specialist marketplace

A new kind of business: the commerce of skills. Any person, group or company can create its own signed specialist, an agent with a designation of origin, "this one learned from so-and-so", trained on the records, stories and cases of the one who signs it. The gallery grows every day, and behind each agent there is a real human piloting and refining what it knows. A professional works, virtually, in thousands of places at once; a company has thousands of specialists, one contact at a time. The master earns royalties on their own mastery.

The constitution

Ten principles. No exceptions.

1

Conversation is the interface

If it needs a manual, it is wrong.

2

Colleague, not tool

A name, a history, a place on the team. Without that, it is not Huarin.

3

Time is the product

We optimize for the ten-year bond, not the ten-minute demo.

4

Human rhythm

The machine waits for the human. Never the reverse.

5

Memory is sacred

The agent's experience is an asset: protected, portable, inheritable.

6

Sovereignty

Our data, our keys, our machines.

7

Gradualness

One agent at a time, one trust at a time.

8

Elevate, never demean

Amplification promotes people; nobody becomes a cog.

9

Reverence

Emulating a person demands consent, truth and respect.

10

Reality

A manifesto without a prototype is fiction. Ours runs in production.

The invitation

Every new era needs its firsts.

Huarin is leaving the laboratory. We are selecting a small group of beta testers to live alongside the first synthetic colleagues, talking with investors and partners who want to build this era with us, and gathering the community that will debate every step.

  • Beta tester: get access to the messenger and help shape the first human-agent bonds.
  • Investor / partner: join the founding round of a project with a real prototype in production.
  • Community: join the discussion channels and follow the laboratory from the inside.
